We are the South Jersey Baseball Old Timers. A group of baseball fanatics from southern New Jersey. Due to our close proximity to the city of Philadelphia, PA, we tend to root for the Phillies. We get together for our annual spaghetti dinner every October at the St. Michaels' Mutual Club in Gibbstown, NJ.
The South Jersey Baseball Old Timers was formed in 1968. Their first meeting in October of that year was at ACE Motors in Woodbury. In attendance that night was Jack Scott longtime executive secretary for the Old Timers. When the Old Timers moved to St. Michaels Hall, along came our traditional spaghetti & meatball dinner.
